Our CO2 Snow Spray
cleaning method:
Our method utilizes jet of solid carbon dioxide particles. These particles of defined size for optimal performance, are propelled at high speed towards the target surface.
- The cleaning process occurs on the Part’s surfaces through precise momentum transfer and thermal interactions dislodges the contaminated particles.
- CO2 particles liquefies at the surface upon impact, act as a solvent, contaminated hydrocarbon film that are instantaneously dissolved.
Continuous jet of CO2 particles start to rebound from the surface and gasify at room temperature, carrying the dislodged contaminated particles and hydrocarbon away from the Part’s surface.
Carbon Neutral Cleaning Process
Environmentally Friendly Cleaning Process:
Recycle CO2 is capture from CO2 emitting plants.
CO2 Cleaning is a Carbon Neutral process as there is no net CO2 emit to the environment.
These Recycle CO2 would have release to the environment from the original source had it not captured by the CO2 suppliers and then reuse for Cleaning
