Our advanced Booster Pump system is specifically engineered to meet the stringent demands of high-purity and high-pressure CO₂ applications, delivering a consistent supply with zero operational down-time.
Utilizing oil-free pneumatic pump technology, our system not only boosts incoming gaseous CO₂ to the required pressure levels but also purifies the gas in-line, ensuring ultra-clean CO₂ that meets or exceeds industry purity standards. Single Stage System
Single-stage configuration is designed for applications where the incoming gaseous CO₂ is supplied at moderate pressure (typically 2 MPa). The MobiBoost unit (Model MBXXX) boosts the pressure to 6 MPa in one step, delivering high-pressure CO₂ to the point of use.
Dual Stages System
Dual-stage system is engineered for applications that utilize low-pressure CO₂ gas sources, such as large storage silos operating at ~0.6 MPa. It employs two consecutive oil-less pneumatic booster modules to incrementally raise the gas pressure to the desired 6 MPa, ensuring stability, reliability, and purity throughout the process.
